The basis for the import of RR SFA to the Russian Federation is a government-to-government agreement. Some Gov-to-Gov agreements provide for the return of conversion products produced from RR SFA reprocessing. The conversion products are regenerated U, Pu, TPE, separate or mixed radionuclides and RW produced from SFA reprocessing.
