1. BASIC DEFINITIONS

Website is the Internet website of Sosny Research and Development Company, LLC (Sosny R&D Company) located at www.sosny.ru.

Website Administration is Sosny Research and Development Company, LLC (Sosny R&D Company), 4a Dimitrov Ave, Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region, 433507, Russia.

Website User is an individual, who has posted personal data on the Website through the Website Feedback Form with a view to their subsequent communication to the Website Administration.

Feedback Form is a special form filled out by the User to post personal data with a view to their subsequent communication to the Website Administration.

 

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Confidentiality Policy is the Website Administration's standard document that identifies the procedure for processing and protection of the data provided by an individual through the Website Feedback Form.

2.2. The Confidentiality Policy is aimed at appropriate protection of the Website User's information including personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.

2.3. The relations involving collection, storage, communication, and protection of the Website Users' information are regulated by the Confidentiality Policy and applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.4. The current revision of the Confidentiality Policy is a document of a public nature developed by the Website Administration and is available for any Internet user when clicked through the "Confidentiality Policy" hyperlink.

2.5. The Website Administration may change the Confidentiality Policy at any time.

2.6. When the Confidentiality Policy is modified, the Website Administration notifies the website users by publishing a new revision hereof on the website www.sosny.ru.

2.7. After posting the new revision of the Confidentiality Policy, the Website Administration deposits the previous one in the archives.

2.8. When using the Feedback Form, the Website User is deemed to have accepted provisions of the Confidentiality Policy.

2.9. The Website Administration does not check the User's data provided.

 

3. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF WEBSITE USERS' PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The Website User provides his/her personal data including his/her full name, e-mail, telephone to the Website Administration with the Website User's consent.

3.2. By filling out the Feedback Form, the Website User expresses his/her consent to provide personal information to the Website Administration.

3.3. The Website Administration processes the Website User's personal data including his/her full name, e-mail, telephone for the purposes of accounting of the Website User's incoming messages.

3.4. Handling personal data is based on the following principles:

a) lawful purposes, ways, and fidelity of data reprocessing;

b) compliance of the data reprocessing purposes with those declared in collecting personal information;

c) compliance of the data volume and nature with the ways and purposes of personal data reprocessing.

d) inadmissible integration of data bases of personal information generated for different purposes.

 

4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Website User's personal data are stored on electronic media and can be reproduced as hard copies in compliance with the Confidentiality Policy and applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. The personal data are used in strict compliance with the purposes stated in Section 3 hereof.

 

5. COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. The Website Administration pledges not to disclose or share personal information to any third party.

5.2. The Website User's personal data can be disclosed on demand of state authorities and local governments as statutorily required in the Russian Federation.

 

6. RETENTION PERIOD AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The Website User's data are stored in soft and hard form until no longer needed.

6.2. The Website User's personal data can be destructed either at the Website User's option by virtue of his/her inquiry, or by the Website Administration without giving any reason.

 

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF WEBSITE USERS

The Website Users may inquire the Website Administration to provide information on handling his/her personal data.

 

8. SECURITY OF WEBSITE USERS' INFORMATION

The Website Administration implements technical, administrative and legal measures to protect the personal data the Website User provides from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, change, lockout, copying, communication, and other misconduct.

 

9. WEBSITE USERS' ENQUIRIES

9.1. The Website User may send his/her inquiries to the Website Administration in written about the use/destruction of his/her personal data as defined in Section 3 thereof to the address indicated in Section 1 thereof.

9.2. The Website Administration pledges to review and respond to the inquiry within 30 days from the date of its arrival.

9.3. All the mail the Website User sends to the Website Administration (written/electronic inquiries) is considered restricted access information and cannot be disclosed without the Website User's written consent. Personal data and other information the Website User provides in his/her inquiry cannot be used without his/her consent other than for reply on the subject of the inquiry or where the law requires.
